Our staff attends numerous continuing education programs each year to maintain the highest level of excellence possible.
Diane Meadows, has worked in our office as a clinical technician for 15 years. Diane and her family live in Tolar. With four children and one granddaughter, she and her husband stay busy with high school sporting events and activities at church. Diane also enjoys working with patients of all ages. The most rewarding part of her job is seeing the smiles light up their faces once the braces are removed.
Leighan Bell, assistant, has worked with our office since 1998 and has eight years previous experience in general dentistry. Married in 1990, she resides in Mineral Wells with her husband Steve, and two children, Myranda and Justin .She is active in the P.T.O. and Athletic Booster Club and helps support her children's activities. Leighan loves working with children and seeing them grow from shy, quiet kids to happy, young adults with great big smiles.
Jeanette Lee, started working for Dr. Penny in his fifth year of practice in 1983 as a business coordinator and continues to be an invaluable part of this team. Jeanette and her husband have two children and four grandchildren. Together they own and operate a farm that has been in the family for over 100 years. Being outdoors and reading are her favorite things to do. Providing quality care for patients and their families is her priority
Karen Cooke, started her orthodontic career in 1978 and has been a lab technician since 1998. She loves designing special appliances but misses the " one on one " with the patients. Karen lives in Fort Worth with her two canine kids. Her down time is spent with either her power tools or a pool cue.
D.D. Crawford, clinical technician, has worked on Dr. Penny and Hall's team since 2004 and brings four years of experience to our practice. DD and her husband Josh, have two girls, Cali and Carlee. She enjoys drawing, traveling and water sports and is a die-hard Dallas Cowboy fan. DD loves meeting new patients and being part of brightening their lives with a beautiful smile.
Judy Burt, clinical technician, has worked in this office since 1990. She is married with two children. When Judy is not busy with her familiy's activities , she enjoys gardening. For Judy, the final outcome of orthodontic treatment is as rewarding for her as it is for each patient
Audra Hale, clinical technician, has been employed with our practice since the fall of 2001 and brings an additional two years of experience. She has two children, Clay who is currently in treatment in our office and Abby who hopes to follow in her brothers footsteps and also become a patient She enjoys supporting her childrens sporting activites and spending quality time with her children. Audra enjoys making each patient laugh and feel welcome every time they visit our office.
Ann Buol has been with Penny and Hall Orthodontics since 1995. Ann is from the Midwest and says she finally got smart and moved to Texas. Watching sports and staying in shape are passions she shares with her husband and two grown sons. Ann loves to travel and be with people. " I love to see the smiles grow month after month on the patient's faces along with their self esteem. My goal is to see that every visit is an enjoyable one." You will find Ann assisting the doctors with the initial examination and financial consultations.
Jo Penny, office manager, has worked beside her husband since 1985. Her main objective is to help keep the office running smoothly so that every patient's experience here is a truly unforgettable one. Down time for the Penny's is spent traveling and enjoying their five children and six grandchildren.
Beverly Lewis has been employed with Dr. Penny and Hall since June 1997 and manages the Granbury office. In her many years of work experience, she has found nothing that compares with the level of caring and the quality of orthodontics provided to each patient. Besides enjoying her job, Bev enjoys time spent with her family, friends, and Scottish Terriers.
Shannon Palmer has been with Dr. Penny and Hall's office since 2006 as a cliniclal technician with an overall total of sixteen years of orthodontic experience. In her spare time, Shannon enjoys riding her horses and traveling home to Florida to visit her family. Working with patients to give them a beautiful smile is the best part of Shannon's job.
Debbie Garrett is our appointment coordinator,and has managed our busy schedule since September 2008.Debbie's favorite past times are riding her horse and camping. She lives in Azle with her husband and daughter while her son is in college in Iowa. Seeing the patient's proud smiles when their braces are removed is the part of her job she likes best.
Mary Foster has been working for Penny and Hall Orthodontics since March 2009 and enjoys her position as the business office coordinator. Mary is married with two daughters and two totally awesome grandchildren to whom she devotes her spare time.
